These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Isi Morales LTD ("the Company", "we", "us").
By engaging our services, submitting an enquiry, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides:
- Private Dining Experiences
- Weekly Private Chef Services
- Membership-based dining access (Private Circle / Founder's Circle)
- Culinary masterclasses and curated experiences
All services are bespoke and subject to written confirmation.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
Private Dining
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Weekly Private Chef Service
- A minimum one-month agreement applies unless agreed otherwise.
- Deposit may be required before commencement.
- Weekly invoices must be paid within agreed timeframe.
Membership
- Membership operates on a monthly recurring basis.
- Membership credits must be used within the active billing month.
- Unused credits do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
- Premium ingredient upgrades may incur additional cost.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 3 days of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Late payment fees apply as follows:
- 10% additional fee after 3 days overdue
- 20% additional fee after 7 days overdue
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and legal recovery action.
5. Cancellations
Private Dining
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may require full balance payment due to sourcing and preparation commitments.
Weekly Private Chef
- Minimum 7 days written notice required to cancel or amend scheduled services.
- Short-notice cancellations may still incur service fees.
Membership
- Membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged for the billing period.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Ensure appliances are functional
- Disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions in advance
The Company is not liable for undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
7. Ingredient Sourcing & Substitution
Where applicable:
- Ingredient costs may be charged separately at cost.
- Premium or specialty ingredients may increase total cost.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute ingredients based on availability while maintaining quality standards.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Issues arising from improper storage or reheating of delivered meals
- Damages not directly caused by proven negligence
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Media & Photography
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The Company may photograph food presentation and setup for portfolio and marketing use.
- No personal client data or identifiable images will be published without consent.
Clients may request full privacy prior to the event.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
- Illness
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Supplier disruptions
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
