Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to services and food deliveries provided by Isi Morales LTD.
As a private chef business, our "delivery" refers to scheduled food drop-offs and in-person services within London.
We do not operate as a standard retail shipping business.
2. Weekly Private Chef & Meal Delivery
Delivery Areas
Services are currently available within London.
Specific areas are subject to confirmation prior to booking.
Delivery Schedule
- Delivery dates and times are agreed in advance with each client.
- Deliveries typically occur every 2–3 days unless otherwise arranged.
- Meals are delivered fresh and ready for refrigeration.
Food is delivered at the pre-agreed time window.
Failed Delivery
If no one is available at the agreed delivery time:
- Meals may be left in a safe agreed location (if previously authorised).
- The Company is not responsible for food quality if storage instructions are not followed after delivery.
- Redelivery may incur additional fees.
3. Private Dining & In-Home Services
Private Dining Experiences are performed at the client's location on the agreed date and time.
No shipping applies.
Clients must ensure:
- Access to the property at the agreed time
- Safe and functional kitchen facilities
4. Membership Credits
Membership experiences are scheduled in advance and performed at the client's residence or agreed location.
Credits must be used within the active billing month unless agreed otherwise.
No physical goods are shipped unless separately arranged.
5. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If digital products (eBooks, guides, courses) are purchased:
- Delivery is made electronically via email or download link.
- Access details will be sent within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
- No physical shipping applies.
6. Transport Fees
For certain services:
- Transport may be included as part of the agreed service structure.
- Additional travel outside standard service zones may incur additional fees.
All costs are clarified prior to confirmation.
7. Responsibility After Delivery
Once meals are delivered:
- Clients are responsible for proper refrigeration.
- Storage instructions must be followed.
- The Company is not liable for improper storage or reheating.
8. Amendments
Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
