Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All services provided by Isi Morales LTD are bespoke and date-specific.
Due to the personalised nature of menu planning, ingredient sourcing and time allocation, standard retail refund rights do not apply.
2. Private Dining & Event Bookings
2.1 Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event bookings.
The deposit:
- Secures the date
- Covers menu planning
- Covers preparation time
- Covers supplier commitments
The deposit is deducted from the final invoice.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before event:
Deposit retained. No further charges.
7–14 days before event:
50% of total event fee payable.
Less than 7 days before event:
100% of total event fee payable.
This applies due to ingredient ordering, blocked calendar dates and lost opportunity cost.
2.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be offered if:
- Requested more than 7 days before the event
- A new suitable date is available
Rescheduling less than 7 days prior may incur a 10% administrative fee.
Rescheduling is offered once only.
3. Weekly Chef / Meal Prep Service
3.1 Weekly Commitment
Weekly service fees are non-refundable once:
- The weekly menu has been confirmed
- Ingredients have been purchased
- Preparation has begun
3.2 Cancellation Windows
More than 96 hours before scheduled preparation:
No service fee charged for that week.
Less than 96 hours before preparation:
Full service fee applies.
Ingredient costs already incurred are non-refundable.
3.3 Late Cancellation Fee
If cancellation occurs after preparation has begun:
100% of weekly service fee applies.
Delivery may still be completed unless otherwise agreed.
4. Memberships (Private Circle / Founder's Circle)
4.1 Non-Refundable Structure
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Membership credits:
- Must be used within the active month
- Do not roll over
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Are non-transferable unless agreed in writing
Unused credits expire automatically.
4.2 Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel with written notice before the next billing date.
Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellation.
4.3 Failure to Use Credits
Failure to redeem included experiences within the calendar month does not entitle the member to refund or rollover.
5. Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks, guides, PDFs) are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Isi Morales LTD directly before initiating any chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may be pursued through legal recovery procedures.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of illness, emergency or events beyond reasonable control, Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to:
- Reschedule
- Offer service credit
- Provide alternative solution
Refunds remain at the Company's discretion.
