1. Booking Process Overview
All services provided by Isi Morales LTD operate on an application and confirmation basis.
We do not operate instant online bookings.
All requests must be submitted through the official enquiry or application forms available on our website.
2. Private Dining Experience Bookings
Step 1 – Enquiry
Clients must complete the Private Dining Enquiry Form providing:
- Desired date
- Guest count
- Experience format
- Relevant event details
Step 2 – Tailored Proposal
If availability and scope align, a tailored proposal will be issued outlining:
- Experience format
- Total investment
- Deposit requirement
- Terms of service
Step 3 – Deposit & Confirmation
To secure a booking:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
- The deposit is issued via official invoice.
- The booking is only confirmed once the deposit invoice has been paid in full.
The 30% deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
Dates are not held without deposit payment.
Step 4 – Final Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Weekly Private Chef Service
Weekly services require completion of the Weekly Chef Application Form.
If approved:
- A structured proposal will be issued.
- Deposit may be required before commencement.
- A service agreement must be signed.
- First invoice must be paid before service begins.
Limited weekly placements are available.
4. Membership Applications
Membership (Private Circle / Founder's Circle) operates on an application-only basis.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
If approved:
- Written confirmation is issued.
- Monthly billing structure is clarified.
- Access begins after first billing cycle is processed.
Membership placements are limited.
5. Deposits
For Private Dining:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- The deposit is invoiced formally by Isi Morales LTD.
- The deposit is deducted from the total agreed investment.
Deposits compensate for:
- Date reservation
- Ingredient sourcing
- Preparation scheduling
- Opportunity cost of declining other bookings
6. Date Holding Policy
Dates are not reserved without receipt of the required 30% deposit.
Enquiries alone do not secure availability.
7. Peak Dates
Peak dates (including holidays, seasonal events and high-demand periods) may:
- Require higher minimum investment
- Require earlier confirmation
- Be subject to stricter cancellation terms
8. Communication
All confirmations must be issued in writing.
Verbal agreements or informal messages do not constitute confirmed bookings.
9. Right to Refuse Booking
Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to refuse service where:
- Requests fall outside operational scope
- Conditions are unsafe
- Behaviour is inappropriate
- Terms are not agreed
10. Amendments
Isi Morales LTD reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time.
